Finally got my Iron Ring!
I've been looking forward to this moment for a very long time and it's sort of surreal that it's actually happening. The ceremony was still a bit culty, but overall not as bad as I thought it would be haha.
Almost Graduating
I can't believe I'm almost done! 5 years of schooling... I honestly don't know how I got through it haha. Not sure if it's because I'm almost about to join the working society, but I feel like I've recently had a shift in mentality. I have recently been watching tons of finance-related videos, reading finance-related books, and starting to consider retirement. I know what you're thinking... retirement? You haven't even started. As someone who is starting many years later and playing the catchup game as a 30-year-old new grad, I feel like I need to start considering these things and I believe it will help me in attaining my goal of financial independence. Speaking of which, I recently mentioned my goal of retiring in my 40s as a goal to a close friend and he expressed his doubts regarding the likelihood of that happening.
